French Pedophile Released on Bail, Molests 8 Boys

Jean-Marie Beranger, 61, was arrested, in Cambodia, four weeks ago for committing indecent acts with a 13-year-old boy. Beranger was released on bail.

Last Friday Beranger was arrested again, this time for new allegations concerning eight boys from ages 12 to 14. If convicted his prison sentence will be between 5 and 15 years.

Samleang Seila, with Action Pour Les Enfants (APLE) said "I hope this sends a strong message warning the courts not to release the accused on bail."
